Geni is very slow

My version of Geni runs very slow especially when navigating the family tree. Can anybody help please or is this a feature that cannot be fixed?

  In the tree, I'd suggest clicking the Preferences at the bottom and perhaps decreasing the number of Ancestors and Descendants drawn.

  Here in Europe Geni has always been very slow.

  It's actually unpleasant to add new profiles to geni.

  I would never pay a cent for Geni, when their service is this kind of disaster.

  Looking for better services.

  Why won’t my stats tally? Typically, it catches up the next day, but it’s been over a week of adding and no tally change.

  Also, why does the people search on my tree work for some, but not for others? It is so cumbersome looking at the tree to find someone. I find it doesn’t work more times than not. And yes, I’m putting in the name as it is listed on the tree.
