how I can reset I am unable to reconnect , which mean I lost my Family tree going back into the year years 1700,

I have a life free Pro subscription, I had it for years, and I am unable to reconnect , which mean I lost my Family tree going back into the year years 1700,

 
My email when I joined Geni was ghilevi@netvision.net.il and have changed during the courses of the years to ghilevi@gmail.com
 
Could you please let me know how I can reset if , Thanking  you in anticipation for your kind assistance
