After a 2 wk trial I was charged for Pro but am still restricted access as if Im using the free membership. Please advise!

Bjørn P. Brox What kind of access are you missing?
Private profiles? - only family group access can give you that.
Unconnected trees? - you have to collaborate with a manager until it get connected.
Relationship-tab on public profiles? (to see the content just use the timeline tab) - invite to collaboration with a manager.
For both collaboration and family group there is an invite to that on the managers profile.
