Hello, a distant relative forgot his account information. He has already added dozens of relatives and I can't seem to access them to add more since the nodes are set to private. Is there anyway for me to access them?
I tried to submit a ticket but I have to be a pro-member to submit one. We are just a small family/clan and that's what I only care about so there's really no need for me to upgrade to pro as far as I am concerned. .
