Document URL links will not upload now. Used to work fine.

Dec. 2015 I signed up as Geni Basic user.  Created 200 members to my family tree with 150+ corroborating documents.  Mostly using MooseRoots census documents through URL links uploads.  I completed each upload, assigned the associated person and IDed the matching info, and assigned a good tittle along with citation verbage.  Now, 18 months later, any attempt to upload a similar document's URL starts the "saving" process, then goes into the "processing" phase, but never completes the upload.  I was able to upload a jpg file from my computer's saved files.  Why is the URL upload not completing the task?
