Trying to open my tree get error message 'could not open plug in." Any ideas??

Jeff, Geni Curator Sounds like a Browser / Adobe Flash problem. Check out this page to make sure it's working and enabled for Geni.

Catherine O'Pray Comrie Thanks Jeff. You were correct I reinstalled adobe flash player and fixed the plug in in Chrome and all is well. Thank you for your help
