I have "connected" my geni with familytreedna (done 3vecks ago). But I got some of the result from familytreedna after that (it seems it take different time for different test). This updated test on familytreedna are not visible in my geni connection, what to do ?
This same issue happened for me. I had to delete the link between Geni and FTDNA and the prior DNA I had allowed to be sent to Geni. Once I'd done this, the box under my profile to connect to FTDNA re-appeared and I re-established the link between the two systems. I then saw that my original Family Finder and my new Y-DNA 67 test results had come over. Supposedly this should have been automatic, but I waited a week before I finally did the above to solve the issue.
