I am a novice. Two months ago I used Geni.com and found Henry VIII is an uncle. I reran the inquiry and was now told he is a cousin. Comparing the two trees, my 4th and 5th and 6th great grandfathers show "account deleted". (Still listed is David Harmon, 1772 3rd G; but Samuel Harmon, 1736; Samuel Harmon, 1699; and Nathaniel Harmon, 1654 are missing. Still listed next on the path is 7th G Elizabeth Dorchester.) I still got to Henry VIII by way of a detour. I tried to reinstall my 3 great grandfathers but got nowhere!

Jeff, Geni Curator That sometimes happens - it could be that the profile in the path was merged or maybe it was correctly disconnected as mythical. If the connection truely is not there, you can look in the revision history or the discussion and try to find out why before reconnecting it. No sense in reconnecting something that should be disconnected - so investigate it first.
