Theodosia McDowell Wyant is mother of Jerry Mcdowell, Glenn Dillion. My father William Paul Wyant is not the father but is stepfather. How do I change it. Their father is unknown

I'm not 100% certain, but I think adding the "unknown" father to the tree is the first thing to do. This is what I would try...........Go to Theodosia's profile page, then "view tree".
Hover over her entry on the tree and at foot of the box, click on "Add"....... then add "husband".......new editing dialogue box appears "Add husband of Theodosia..... etc"...
At "Relationship" drop-down menu - select "ex-partner" (or whichever you think most appropriate)
For name - you could put "unknown" ... save -
this unknown partner should now appear on the tree and have a profile page.Go to profile page of each of the sons of that unknown person...
click on "edit profile", then in the editor go to "Relationships" tab.
At "Parents" drop-down menu - change selection...
FROM "Theodosia and William Paul Wyant"
TO "Theodosia and Unknown"William Paul Wyant should then display as their stepfather, not their father.
