Some eager Geni-activist has added profiles of my close relatives to Geni. They have copied all the information from my internet family site without even contacting me.
They do not respond to my request for getting managing rights to these profiles of my close family.
Is there any way to claim management of these profiles?

Jeff, Geni Curator Kurt, The main function of Geni is as a shared collaborative world tree, so we merge duplicate branches into a single tree. Thus if your family matches that of another on Geni, we want to merge those into a single tree so that you do have access. https://www.geni.com/worldfamilytree/learn-more
I'm not sure what do you mean by "Geni-activist", but can you point out the duplicate tree as I don't see one on your immediate family?
