Can't edit my aunt's profile

 Hello everyone, I have a problem.  I invited by aunt to geni, so she can control her account. and then many months later her email got deactivated some how so she has a new email.  The problem is my aunt can't access her geni and I can't change the email address of her node, also her profile.
