The email address entered is rabaker99@bigpond.net.au but it should be rbaker99@bigpond.net.au. I have been unable to correct it as the one entered is not a valid address

Bjørn P. Brox Since you obviously are logged in to write this you could just go to your account settings on Geni (as with all sites with a login you find them by clicking your own name at the top right) and change the email yourself.
In any case , - this time you did not log in (https://www.geni.com/login) but created a new account.
You already had an account with the other email address, so I have merged your two accounts since it is impossible to change the email on your new account to an email already used on another account (which by the way does not have a tree yet like the new account)
Just go to your account settings and remove the bad email address.
