Someone did this for me a few months ago and it happened again, this time I think I know why it is happening.
Victor Shack's profile keeps merging with William L Prehn..
They are not the same person.
Victor is married to Ann and William is married to Robyn.
I think what has happened is that Victor's e-mail address has been added to William's profile.
Can you please unmerge them, separate their details and delete any e-mail addresses associated with either profile?
I am trying to get in touch with the profile owner of William, so possibly this will be done in the meantime, but I haven't managed it yet, so I am asking you.
