Mistaken entry

I entered a newly found relative and invited her to join.  I had entered her as a daughter of someone in my tree.  Turns out she is the great grand daughter instead.  She joined in and added her real parents, but not her grand parents. Now there is a conflict, but it won't let me choose the correct parents without creating a break in the link.  I can't delete the incorrect entry I made as she has now taken over her name... and she does not know what to do as she is new to this.  How to fix???
