Rec'd email of a follower, but person has been deleted?

The following is an email I rec'd & when I clicked the his/her profile link, the person has been deleted. WHat does this mean? Am I being stalked? Do I have to worry about this?:

  You dont have to worry.

  if someone follows you they receive notification of your public activity, on their home page.

  This user no longer has a home page, since he has left Geni.

  Since the activity was public anyway -- public discussions you comment on, any changes you make to public profiles -- no private information is lost.
