My mother died on october 21, 2014 and I haven,t been able to edit her profile. The manager of the profile added me as a collaborator but I still can´t edit it. What can I do to get control over her profile?

Oton Zagorc No-one can edit a claimed profile but the person themselves.
You must report your mother's death (Actions -> Report -> Deceased) and Customer Service will unclaim the profile.
