My mother passed away and her cousin would like to take control of what my mother has been updating. I do not know how to use Geni and I really don't want to take over updating things. My mother did not leave any of here family with the information about her account: User name, email address, or passwords.
I think that what ever she updated is locked so I can not change it, or modify it. What do I need to do, or who do I need to talk to to get the ability to make changes to the parts of the tree that My mother was the ... Owner of... I really don't even know what it is called.
In the end I want to transfer this ability to my mothers cousin who will take over.
