Cannot successfully "invite" family members

For at while, I have been trying unsuccessfully to invite my daughter and cousin to GENI. They never received the "invite" email. A couple of hours ago I replaced the email address in my daughter's profile with one of my email addresses and I have not received an "invite" email, yet, either. HELP!.BTW, I have successfully added one cousin of mine. David harold Feigenbaum

Also, Somebody I do not know merged two of my profiles, David h Feigenbaum (small 'h') and David Harold Feigenbaum (Cap H). No harm done here, but I thought it might have something to do with it.

Can I resolve this with a phone call?

  David, The merge was done by one of our Curators.  We try to avoid creating duplicates of existing profiles.

  That said, it might be a solution to your problem.  I'm not sure why your daughter and cousin are not receiving the invites.  I'm not aware of any email issues at Geni, but as a Curator I can merge duplicates.

  So if your Daughter or Cousin want to create a new account on Geni, just let me know and I'll merge their new profile into your existing tree.

  My sister's profile places her correctly in our tree, and our family details are correcr, but her name does not appear when I try to share the tree with her?
