Inviting Family and Merging Trees

I sent an invite to my sister so we could merge our family trees together.  She received the request, but when she clicks on yes, it doesn't do anything and none of our information is merged.  What am I doing wrong?

  Kim, I saw a pending merge on what is listed as your daughter, Taylor.  I didn't see any matches or pending merges on your sister.  Could you point me to the other profile that you're trying to merge?  I went ahead and approved the merge on Taylor.

  My sister is Teresa Donovan when I get home I will send her another request, because I can't seem to do it from my phone

  I see her now.  Do you want me to merge her with the existing profile and move her as the daughter of Nancy?
