Splitting my tree

I need to remove Susanna Ward as being the mother of Sarah Smith nee Silvester.  She is actually Sarah Smith's husband Giles Smith's maternal Grandmother and his mother Catherine Smith nee Ward's mother, Catherine's father being Charles Ward.

i cannot do this myself as I generate a 'split tree' warning.

can you help please?

  Thank you so much for all the work you have carried out on my tree; it is looking absolutely fantastic now and almost complete.  I shall do my best not to muck it up now and undo all your efforts on my families behalf.
