Frustratingly I have found a family tree which has the correct surname from the correct town but where there should be a name for the family tree owner it says NO NAME and I cannot contact the owner. How can I contact him or her?

That usually means they deleted their name. Often you can still contact them if they didn't close their account.
Thanks Jeff, I've had a go at sending him or her a message and also messaged another profile manager who seems to have a share in the family tree from another direction. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
