people changing family members information on my tree

i have had some people changing my profile and have changed surnames of my grandparents,i have had to go back and change things back ,time and time again.

I also have had people put in just names with out any information on them at all,i have asked the person to stop add them into the tree,but he has not.

The tree i have on this site  is no where near the amount i have in my family tree,but with all the problem i have been having lately i am thinking of removing any of my tree from the site,i only added my tree so i could find other family members and may be help others,but with no way to contact geni to clear up this mess,and do not tell me to use the help,which is a joke,there should be a CONTACT NUMBER,or a help center to talk too.To the rest of you i wish you luck.Michael

  I have had people adding names to my tree without my knowledge. Really upsets me.

  same here, i found that i could control anyones tree that i have a DNA link to, and i mean FULL Control

  Just to clarify, you do not have full control over "anyone's tree that [you] have a DNA link to."

  Geni is a collaborative family tree website. Users from around the world work together to build a single, comprehensive family tree. All living profiles are private and can only be viewed and edited by close family. If it is a claimed account, then only that person has access to edit their own account (unless they updated their own privacy settings to allow family members to edit it).
