You can, but it will probably create very many duplicates. If you are a basic Geni user you cannot easily use the Geni match indicators to find the duplicates (only the first match will have a useful link)
It would probably be less troublesome to use SmartCopy to only copy new info to Geni and update outdated info on Geni with better info from MyHeritage. You might find to info on https://www.geni.com/projects/Connecting-to-the-Big-Tree/17983 useful. SmartCopy info can be found here: https://www.geni.com/projects/SmartCopy/18783
If you still want to import a GEDCOM please add at least an estimated birth date to all profiles (so Geni can determine if they should be public or private). Please also use a program to check for any problems in the GEDCOM and please solve those before uploading to Geni and please read https://www.geni.com/projects/What-to-do-after-you-have-uploaded-a-GEDCOM/53094 BEFORE uploading, so you know what is expected from you if you do decide to upload.
There is some info on Geni available that may be helpful, see https://www.geni.com/projects/Nederlandse-handleiding-GENI-voor-Dummies/13048 (English version bottom of the page)
Also please do not include profiles with a birth before 1600 in your GEDCOM.
