For some reason birthday reminder emails are not arriving:
- A reminder was sent 2020, but not this year for some reason
- I have checked the junk folder for geni emails, none to be found
- The daily summary of birthdays, anniversaries, etc. tick box is selected in account settings / notifications
- The send birthday reminders tick box is selected on the profile / basics page of the family member
- I am following the family member
Have I missed something here?
