can't access discount offer

Within hours of setting up my basic account, I received a welcome email offering a discount for upgrading to Geni Pro. The link does not work and the discount does not appear in "upgrade" after I log in.

  I am trying to take advantage of the special offer but the UPGRADE NOW button is 'greyed out' so I can not make the payment.
