Adoptee Lack of Information

Hello, I recently received my birth certificate. It does not include the birthdays of my parents, only their age at my birth is listed (no dates). It does not tell me if my father is dead or alive. I'm wondering how adoptees get to participate here with minimal information? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Lev

  You get add yourself and your parents and add an estimate of their birthday.

  It would help if you had any information about your grandparents if you know their names you could do a search on Geni to see if someone has already added them and if not add them yourself as public profiles. that would allow others to help you build your tree.

  You can add biological and adoptive parents on Geni, so that should not be a problem.
