So I've got people I've added to my tree and I know for a FACT there is another listing for this person on Geni...yet nothing shows up in the matches for Geni. And if I hit 'search this person' it brings up a link to Geni VIA myheritage if anything. I shouldn't have to join myheritage to link to a Geni profile or what the heck am I paying for?
I know there is another profile with the exact person!
Hi Lauren, Geni search only searches Geni's database for profiles. You may want to double check the spelling when entering the profile name in the search bar.
If you are seeing results via MyHeritage, then it's possible you may have been using MyHeritage's SuperSearch instead. This can happen if you click "Research this Person" on a profile page
or through the SuperSearch link on the search results page.
