Hi, on Facebook was offered a free DNA check/Profile by Geni if you had a DNA test result, I was told I would have to have my results as CSV format. but I could not find them.

However I now have them but have lost the Email with the information.

How do I get this free profile, where do I send my DNA results to get this done? I have a free account, and saw I could not directly email anyone for help and to get a ticket I would have to update my account to pro.

I am testing to see how things are in Geni and already I am being asked to pay for something to get help ??

Looking forward to a postive response on my DNA question

  Hi Antony, Geni DOES NOT accept CSV files for DNA results, so you would NOT have received an email from us asking for a CSV file. Can you please clarify where you saw this offer for a "free DNA check by Geni"?

  I saw the Advert in Facebook which promised a free profile if you give the DNA results, the link led to the Geni homepage, I recieved also a mail (unfortunetly gone I think) which talked about the format for the results in CSV, I will try the webserver to see if I can find the mails.

  Note if there was not the offer I would not have found my way to Geni
