I've created a Geni Pro account, but when I log in here it's only Gen Basic...?!
And everything I typed last night is gone...
What can I do?

  Could it be you have multiple accounts?

  You best contact Geni: How do I contact Geni about my subscription?

  I have two email addresses... (unfortunately), but none of them give me Geni Pro access...

  What am I doing wrong?
