  No not really.

  Geni is a shared database so you cannot really speak of my database on Geni.

  You can use SmartCopy to get data from MH to Geni, but there is no easy way to update MH with Geni data. You can export a GEDCOM from any profile you added to Geni, but it is not easy to use them to update data on MH.
