I had a second account for Harry Potter trees, and the account is gone, first i thought the password was wrong, but when i tried resetting it with my email, it said that there was no account connected to this email, i looked at my email and it seems like all the mails from geni stopped around may of this year. Is there a way to contact customer support to get back this account, because i looked and it said fantasy trees were allowed on geni...

Geni Support Team Hi Leo, fantasy trees are not encouraged on Geni.
While a Harry Potter tree does exists on Geni, it has been isolated from the World Family Tree. It took many years to clean up the excessive duplication for this fictional tree. Any further duplicates created will be isolated and removed.

Leo Kotzmuth Thank you for the answer!
I've heard so, yes, but when i started the tree, Geni asked me if it was a fantasy tree so it wouldn't be connected to the world tree and i clicked "yes" so i thought that wouldn't be a problem? -
Geni Support Team I'm not sure what you saw. This is not an option we provide to users.
Typically, when duplicates for a tree such as Harry Potter are discovered, a curator may mark the tree as fictional and isolate it from the World Family Tree. Then it usually gets reported and sent to Geni staff for removal.

Leo Kotzmuth I dont know, there was definitely some kind of popup that said something about "is this a fictional tree"
Anyway, is it still possible to at least get the gedcom for that tree back somehow?
