Change mail adress of one member

Hi,

I am the Manager of Geni.com in my family. One of the members has a new email address, due to which she is unable to view messages on Geni. Neither am I able to change her email address to her latest address.

Could you help me to change the email address if I give you her name, previous email address and the present address.
