Please help.
I tried to logon and was told my password had expired and I needed to reset. I tried clicking on the reset password and it said it would email me the link. But I never got the link to change my password. I've tried many times over a few days and nothing. So I can't logon to my family tree. Can anyone help me on who to contact to fix this.

I have the same issue for one week. Geni responds that my password is old and it has send an email to chsnge it. No email has arrived. Tried several times to reset my password, does not send an email to do it. I have also send several times email to subscriptions@geni.com, but no-one replies. Needed to create another account just for writing this comment.
