Buenos dias, no puedo editar perfiles de familiares que administro. Me sucedio despues de solicitar el cambio de mail de mi cuenta. Como puedo resolverlo. No me permite acualizar fechas de falleciemiento, incorporara relaciones familiares, etc, solo me deja actualizar informacion basica.

Geni Support Team Hi Nicolás, if you are unable to edit your relatives' profiles, it's likely because they have claimed their account with an email address.
If a relative has passed away, then you can report their account as Deceased by going to their profile page, click on the "Actions" button, and select "Report." Choose "Deceased" from the dropdown, leave a note, and submit. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to assist with unclaiming the account so that you may update it to reflect your relative's passing.
