path/connection

Hi, so last week I was working on my tree and DNA connections. When running the "you are connected to" on a couple of people it told me my likely connection with them. I printed the two pages. Then I continued working on my tree. I made several changes including a mistake that I proceed to fix. Now when I run the path/connection it says I don't have a path with one person and it gives me only a in law relationship with the other. I know I have a blood connection since they are both my DNA matches. Could anyone help me figure out why it worked earlier but not now? It is so strange! I am actually doubting the connection. One was my 25th cousin and the other my 19th cousin....
