I have been a basic member of Geni for many years and six or seven generations of my extended family have been built up in a tree - which has always been visible to me when I click on "tree". Suddenly I can see only three generations and a total of about 45 people.
What has happened? And how can I get my complete tree back, please?
Above profiles that are at the top of the visible range is a little tree, if you click that or the link on the profile "tree", it will shift the focus of the tree to that person, expanding several generations from there. There is too much data in most trees to load all at once in a single graph without killing performance, so it gives it to you in pieces and lets you refocus to different parts of the tree.
