How to remove self as co-manager of profile?

I used to be able to remove myself from co-management of a profile.  I can no longer find where to do that.  It is still possible?

  It's not very well marked--but if you go to the list of managers for a profile, you should see a small box with an X next to your name. If you click that, it removes you.
