Our family tree already exists on Geni and I wanted to access it to get and give information. It was put together by a cousin, Teresa Seeley, daughter of Jeanne Zimmerman, who is the
daughter of John Zimmerman?

David, the best way to find an existing branch of the tree--or even if there is an existing profile for a specific ancestor--is to use the Geni search bar at the top right of every Geni screen. Search for the name you are looking for, and you will see the matches listed along with the managers of those profiles--so you can see which ones were entered by your cousin Teresa.
Alternately, you can search for your cousin's name, find her profile, ask to be added to her family group (see More Actions on the profile page), and then once you are in the same family group you will have access to her tree and her added profiles.
If you are "occupying" the profile she started for you, then may already be connected. If you started your own profile and she already has a profile made for you, you'll need to merge with your "twin" profile.
Hope this helps!
