Margo Gill-Linscott I already have a Pro subscription and, thinking my subscription had run out, I signed in to extend my current subscription. Unfortunately I now have two subscriptions and would like to cancel the subscription I signed up for today as it the system didn't recognize that I already had a subscription.
My old subscription is current and I could merge my new subscription into my old one but I don't want to be charged twice for the same thing. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. analytic@rawbw.com.

Jeff, Geni Curator Kjell, I believe you should be able to cancel your pro subscription through your settings (https://www.geni.com/account_settings/premium_account_edit).
Margo, not sure about your issue. May want to email help@geni.com so you have two channels going.

Margo Linscott Thank you Jeff,
It has taken a couple of iterations with the help service but I think my account is finally 'one' and I can actually see the tree again. I'm not sure what happened but the help group I believe has it resolved. Thank you. Margo

Jeff, Geni Curator Judy, you do not appear to be a pro (paid) member. It looks like you just have a free account. If you want to cancel notifications, you can do so http://www.geni.com/account_settings/notifications or if you want to close your account http://www.geni.com/account_settings/close_account
