I just discovered that a generation was skipped. All of the people above and below are correct. How to I add a generation but keep the tree in tact above and below the insertion?

Jeff, Geni Curator Go to the parents and add the generation to them, as a sibling to the third generation. Then go to the third generation profile, edit, select the relationship tab. You should get a pull down menu for the parents which should list the second generation as one of the options.
