Closed profile still co-manages

Hi there, I have submitted this support request as ticket #416. The ticket went in a few days ago and I have yet to hear a response, but I thought I'd check in here too.

I noticed that a cousin of mine LO appears to have closed his Geni account within the past few days, as now it appears as "Managed by" two of his cousins and neither has an e-mail address associated anymore. Same with his brother AO. (profile links are included in the support ticket but not the public post).

LO and AO are co-managers on a number of profiles who are blood relatives to myself, but neither these profiles nor I are related at all to the cousins who now manage LO and AO's profiles.

Is there a usual procedure for cases like this? Can their "ghost" management be removed from these profiles?
