I have spend hundreds of hours adding people to my family tree. They have disappeared!! But when I do a search they are shown with me as the administrator. Please help!!

Jeff, Geni Curator Gilla, the most likely reason that part of the tree has disappeared is due to a pending merge. Geni can only show one set of parents, so if a profile is in a pending merge state between another tree, it may show the ancestors of the other tree instead of yours, which might very well have no ancestors. Once the profile and any parents are merged into one, it should show the rest of the tree, since they'll be the same tree. If you would like me to look at it, send me a link to the profiles in question, where the disconnect appears to be. If they're public profiles, I should be able to tell you exactly whats going on and direct you on how to fix it or I can fix it if you prefer.
