How can I format or arrange my tree so that the head of the tree is in the center and not located to the left or tight?

  You might be able to use the navigate pane at the bottom of the tree.  Otherwise it will focus the tree on the selected profile.  So you could also select most center profile of your tree.  This will only really be a reasonable view though for a small tree.
