yellow arrows

why don't i see the yellow arrows when I enter via my account?

while when I enter GENI via my son's account , they appears properly...

  You must not have edit permissions to those profiles.  You may need to claim your account (change your password).

  Perhaps you have changed your tree view Preferences from Standard to Vertical or unticked Show yellow arrows.

  I have the same problem.

   

  In my tree preferences i see the "Show yellow arrows" ticked but it appears in gray (blocked, not being able to untick it).

   

  How do i solve this?

  Disregard my last comment. I just needed to untick the "Flip" nodes button! :)

  I have had the same problem with missing yellow arrows since 3 days ago. How can I re-establish the yellow arrows ???
