How can I delete a tree and start over

I want to make a`new gedcom file of my family tree and delete the old tree

  You can export a GEDCOM under "Share your tree" http://www.geni.com/family-tree/share

  You can't, however, delete your tree and reimport it.  Geni has disabled GEDCOM imports and the duplication would be a mess.  It's better to clean up what needs cleaning.
