I click Tree on the dropdown, but nothing happens ... it worked last week. Nothing changed on my computer ....

Lesley Marlene GRAY I click on the drop down, click on tree, the bottom of the page tells me it is loaded or "Done" but I have a white blank page. where is my tree.
I have updated my plugin's just in case it was them that stopped me seeing the tree.

Wiesław Dudek Hello there! I fix today my problem...... Geni update this page with "missing tree" and you have to install a AdobeFlash....
I did and now everything is working good!!! So,try.....

Well, in a way it did. The tree is coming up on Internet Explorer, but not in Opera or Mozilla Thunderbird. (All latest updates).

Kolbjørn Stuestøl Christian, if you do not see the tree I can't help you. But if other parts of Geni is invisible perhaps deleting the geni cookies (from your browser's tool menu) will help you getting Geni back to work.
BTW: As mentioned before Flash is working in Internet Explorer, at least on my computer, but not on Opera and Firefox. (I'm using Windows XP). Flash works as expected in other programs using it. So it is probably a Geni bug. Are you Geni people able to fix it? -

Kolbjørn Stuestøl Tried the tree today and it is working as suggested. (Windows XP, Firefox). I have done nothing to fix it and therefore do not know whay or how it is fixed. Perhaps the Geni team has done some bug fixing?

Use this site more now because I am still getting adobe pop up on other site and it's annoying. Can't get ride of it. I know you can't fix that problem but you can give me my tree back on this site. Use the same email and pass word. Help. Has something to do with some need features you put in. Got message for while now it's gone.

I have updated my logg in just in case it was them that stopped me seeing the tree.

Pamela Franks I can't see my tree. I submitted a help request and the response was that you can view it. That's great for you but doesn't help me. I submitted a new request stating I still could not see tree even though I followed suggestons such as holding shift down and refreshing. I received response that my help request was closed and merged with the previous help request. THAT'S NOT A RESOLUTION. I canceled my Geni Pro account because of this problem and your inability to correct it. I have spent a lot of my time working on my tree and it really is very VERY frustrating that now I can't view it. Please help. Thank you.
