Intial input Profile field for Maiden Name is not Labelled

I have found that- when you first enter data for a profile there appear to be two blanks for last name or surname. The one on the right should have been labeled Maiden Name. So If you put the Last name there, the result is First Name, Maiden Name (Last name). If you put the Maiden Name there, the result is First Name, Last Name (Maiden Name) which is correct. Last name if female, of course should be the Husbands name, taken in marriage. Please check it out. I'm new at this too, so I don't aim to preach. It's just something I found, and because it's a glitch it's quite common. By the way, if you go into a profile after it is created and saved- the fields are labelled correctly.
