I recently tried to update the profile of Harry Denson Sr to deceased. I could not and then turned in a notification and have not received a response. What are the next steps to clear up this concern? How long of a wait can I expect?

It may take some time for the profile to be updated by Geni staff.
There's one way to make the update yourself (works for user profiles with settings allowing family to edit and no managed by profiles):
- add a new profile as Harry's brother
- use 'move' in tree view to connect his late wife and children to the new profile
- remove connection to his parents - since it says Request to Edit in his profile (for me), he must have changed his settings to allow his family to edit his profile
- merge the old and new profiles after Geni has updated his living status to deceased
