What action can be taken against a user that is updating my family tree in a criminal way

My family tree has been updated on may 12 , april 24  and  'NO NAME' has been responsible. The information is in, my opinion, is the work of a deranged person.

I will be grateful if I could be furnished with the persons details so the I could take the necessary action.
