My cousin posted a wedding photo of his daughter to his account and it accidentally became posted as the profile photo for our grandmother. I can not delete it or remove it. He is willing to correct the problem, but does not know how it accidentally became posted on that profile. What to do?

Therese Camp What I did I went into the person's file and clicked edit first, then click on add a photo, your photo file will come up selected your new photo and press enter, something else will come up on your screen that will ask you to select your file into 3 different order, press on the first order, then press on upload, wait then the new photo will pop up on the right hand side of the file, you then click on the new photo as your new profile photo. it should happened, it did for me, but I don't know how to delete the previous photo. I would just try to select the photo you want to delete and press command and delete at the same time.
good luck

Renae Pinkins Moore okay, u have to first go to the family tree and see the original pic, click on the pic and it will ask if you want to resize the pic: NO, (but to the right of that ) 2nd line will have a place where you can replace the photo (this is what you click and go from there to choose the photo that you want to use from pics store on computer or SD card.

Jordan Pontell I want a photo of my underage son removed. I did not post the photo, my son is under 7 years old. It was posted by someone I don't know, never heard, and who lives in another country. The image AND profile were posted with no parental permission and both my ex wife and I want it removed. Attempts with "customer service" go unanswered. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Geni.com's parent company, "Geni, Inc." is completely intractable by phone (they list a non working Dallas, TX cell phone as their phone). All I want is to protect my minor son's right to privacy. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for preventing unknown persons from posting photos of your minor children? Or how to contact this Geni company so that they actually respond and do something. I suppose the next step is to involve the FBI or relevant authorities. -
Howard Eichenwald Take your own photo of a blank sheet of paper, and replace the profile photo with the blank picture.
